Caroline Rhea (born July 13, 1964) is a Canadian-American actress, comedian, singer, and talk show host.

She is best known for her roles as Hilda Spellman on the ABC sitcom Sabrina the Teenage Witch (1996–2003), Sheila Shay on the ABC sitcom According to Jim (2007–2014), and as the host of the Food Network series Rhea’s Kitchen (2011–2013).

Rhea was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to a Jewish family. She began her career as a stand-up comedian in the early 1990s. She made her television debut in 1993 on the sketch comedy series In Living Color.

Rhea’s breakthrough role came in 1996 when she was cast as Hilda Spellman on the ABC sitcom Sabrina the Teenage Witch. She starred on the show for seven seasons until it ended in 2003.
